Hello!
Been busy and now I finally get a chance to make a card and post! Mother's day is fast approaching and I wanted to get a card made for my mom. My dear sweet mom is my rock and my strength. She is such a strong woman and I hope to be like her "when I grow up". She is fighting cancer, two surgeries to fix broken bones and losing my Dad all in one year. I so admire her and I hope she will like this card when I surprise her with it on Mother's Day.
I decided to use the color cranberry because red is her most favorite color of all. I used the My Mother Stamp Set and the Cranberry Stamp Pad. I used the matching Cranberry Cardstock to border the sentiment. I also used a piece to punch out a scalloped border using the Scallop Border Punch. I also used the Scallop Embossing Folder on the bottom of the card.
I used the pigment cranberry ink from the Adventure Mini Pigment Inks Set and also used the Clear Super Fine Embossing Powder for the flowers to make them shine! I cut them out and added a couple of Red Enamel Gems to the centers. I also used the Pear ink from the Adventure set as well for the leaves. To finish it all off.. used my favorite Bitty Sparkles on all the tiny flowers. After all a girl can't have too much bling!
Hope you enjoyed this card. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Spring Thank You Card
Happy Monday!
Today's card is a quick Spring card. I made this for a good friend and wanted to share with you. Make sure to click on the links to see all the products used in detail!
I started out by using the Penelope Paper Packet that will expire at the end of this month! I love this paper!
I took Chevron Border Punch and punched the edge of the patterned paper and attached to the card. Then I used some Crystal Blue Cardstock and attached to that. I then stamped a Thank You using Pacifica Ink from the Sending Love Stamp Set on the bottom of the patterned paper. Then I took the flowers from the very pretty Blossoming Expressions Stamp Set and stamped them on a piece of scrap white cardstock and cut them out. For the blue flowers I used Pacifica ink for the outline and then I used the Crystal Blue Stamp Pad for the inside. For the pink flower I used Cotton Candy Stamp Pad for the outline and Pixie Stamp Pad for the inside. I used the Pear Stamp Pad for the outline and then using second generation stamping, I stamped the inside of the leaves with the Pear stamp pad as well.
Colored the inside of the flowers yellow and then added some black and on top of the black, I used a dab of our Liquid Glass to make it shiny and glossy!
I hope you enjoyed this card. Thank you so much for stopping by! Hugs!

Wedding Card
Happy Saturday!
Eeek! My week just flew by and it is already Saturday. I have been making cards but probably won't be posting them because sometimes you just want to send a card or two to someone special and not put them out there for the whole world to see. So instead of posting those cards, I will post this one! I have been getting a bunch of exciting wedding announcements in the mail lately and thought I better get busy making some cards. I love making wedding cards because it brings such special feelings of hope, love and new beginnings in people's lives. So here is the first card that I made of many more to do!
On this card I combined two stamp sets: Mr. & Mrs. Stamp Set and I Do Stamp Set. These are super cute sets and click on the above link to see both sets and all the other stamps on them. Lots of variety and good to have on hand. There are so many ways to do wedding cards, invitations, note cards, and such with these stamp sets.
The patterned paper is from the Paper Fundamental Adventure Set that has 10 different colors of beautiful paper included in this set. One side is the cute patterns and the other side is glossy.
I used Versamark Ink Pad along with the Gold Embossing Powder. I also used the ShinHan Twin Touch Turquoise Blue Marker. Finished the card with White and Gold Ribbon and a couple of fun Bitty Sparkles.
Now that I have a "pattern" maybe I will make up some more fun cards like these with different colors. We will see...
Have a great weekend!

Three Cards Using Same Stamp Set
Happy April everyone!
I decided to change the background of my blog to something with a Spring/Summer feel. I am so ready for sunshine and lots of it! I will probably grumble when it gets too hot but until then, I will enjoy it!
Here is the first card that I am showing:
I am using Life In Pictures April Stamp Of The Month for these three cards. Don't forget to click on the links because they show the whole stamp set and the other products used in detail!
I took a whole sheet of Colonial White Cardstock and random stamped all the cameras all over the sheet with Black Momento Stamp Pad and I also used the ink blot from the Ink Blot Flair Stamp Set to fill in the blank spaces. I then cut apart the paper to make various cards. I used Black Cardstock to border and also used it for trim accents on this card and the cards below. I added the Gold Shimmer Trim and a piece of the Black and Gold Ribbon. I then finished this card with a couple of Gold Sequins. Here are the next two cards:
And the last one
On this card I used Kraft Cardstock and the Chevron Embossing Folder. I also used the sentiment from the Joyful Birthday Occasions Stamp Set and finished the card using the Durables Artisan Studs embellishments.
Hope you enjoyed these three cards today. Thanks so much for stopping by! Hugs!
